Our Executive Team
Background
Founded in 2017 by Ken Williams, Chief Executive Officer; Linda Cesario, Chief Operating Officer; and Harry Cook, Chief Technical Officer, the team grew in early 2018 when Jen Simon joined as Chief Revenue & Customer Officer, Joseph Eapen as Chief Digital Officer, and Roland Borrego as Senior Vice President Customer Success.
Prior to founding CSC, Ken worked for a Global Supply Chain Company where he was SVP of Services and Support. Linda developed and ran the Global Service and Support Operations for a Global Supply Chain Company and had a critical role in the successful integration of key company mergers. Together with Ken, they successfully transformed and united Support Services.
Harry ran global Support and Service Delivery for a Global Supply Chain Company’s Corporate Treasury Application, with a strong background in technical and operational readiness and planning, and Jen joined us as a Sr. Executive Leader in sales and customer success for multiple Global Supply Chain companies, driving record breaking growth performance in each one.
